Transformation: bounding-box selection, simplify 0.000002 degrees preserving topology, quantize to 1e-6 degrees; duplicate complete polygons across intersected tiles. No contours clipped. Above-ground building footprints only, not detailed building parts. Original height, num_floors and min_height retained, null is not an observed height. Interiors preserved in files; CineSun renderer currently conservatively fills them.
The complete derived database is publicly downloadable: manifest.json lists EVERY tile with path, size and SHA256. Paths are {revision}/{tile-key}.json.gz. Each gzip expands to JSON, schema 1. Coordinates r are rings of [longitude,latitude] integers divided by 1e6. h=height metres, l=levels, m=min_height metres, s=source datasets, b=full bbox, p=has_parts, q=OSM-tagged height provenance. id=GERS ID plus polygon index.
